Shipping policy

Every piece is made to order by our partner workshops and shipped straight to your door. A little patience, please — good magic takes time.

Production times

  • Apparel, blankets and pillows: 2–7 business days;
  • Satin & Silk collection (slip dresses, camis, midi skirts and hoodie dresses): 3–7 business days, crafted by our partner atelier in the United Kingdom.

Estimated delivery times (after production)

  • Canada: 3–8 business days
  • United States: 5–10 business days
  • International: 7–21 business days
  • Satin & Silk collection: 5–12 business days to North America

These are estimates; busy seasons (holidays, sales) and carrier delays can make them longer.

Shipping rates

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your items, their weight and your destination;
  • Each workshop ships its own items: if your order includes pieces from more than one workshop, a rate applies for each;
  • The exact amount is always shown before you confirm your order.

If your order includes items from more than one workshop, they may arrive in separate parcels.

Tracking

As soon as your order ships, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number.

Customs duties and taxes

International orders, and some items shipped from abroad, may be subject to import duties or taxes collected by the carrier on delivery. These charges are the customer’s responsibility.
